Sharing Information Within the Michigan Farm Bureau Family of Companies
Each of the insurance companies identified in this privacy notice and the FB Equity Sales Corporation of Michigan are affiliates of each other and of the following organizations that provide representation and services for farmers and other members: Michigan Farm Bureau; Michigan Foundation for Agriculture; Michigan Farmland and Community Alliance; MFB, Inc; and Michigan Agricultural Cooperative Marketing Association, Inc. We may disclose all of the information that we collect, as described above, with these affiliates, as permitted by law. This is done in order to offer you products or services that we believe may be of interest to you. We will obtain your permission prior to doing this, when required by law.

Information We Disclose Outside the Michigan Farm Bureau Family of Companies
We do not disclose any nonpublic personal information about our customers or former customers to anyone, except as permitted or required by law. For example, we may disclose information to consumer reporting agencies, to prevent misrepresentation or fraud, or in response to a subpoena or other legal requirement.
