For assistance with arranging emergency road service or glass repair, call 877-FBINSMI (324-6764). You will be prompted to press 1 for Towing, 2 for Glass.

Towing – If you have comprehensive, collision or emergency road service coverage on your policy, a dispatcher will arrange for your emergency road service (towing, flat tire change, battery jump start, emergency fuel/fluid delivery and lockout service). Farm Bureau Insurance will be billed directly.

The auto policy covers towing anywhere up to 15 miles OR to the nearest place of repair up to $300.

If you do not have the coverage, you will be given three phone numbers of service providers in the area where your vehicle is disabled. You can then arrange for the road service.

Glass – A glass call representative will work with you to arrange an appointment to have your glass repaired or replaced.
