An Upgraded Change
At Farm Bureau, we appreciate your continued confidence and thank you for being a valued customer. As years evolve, so does technology. In order to provide you with the best customer experience, we are undergoing a complete upgrade to our internal systems.
You can expect an enhanced customer experience through easier to read billing documents, improved payment options, faster transaction turnaround, and more information at your fingertips. The path to completion will take place over the next several years. If you have a Homeowners and/or a Personal Umbrella Policy, you will notice changes to your documents within the next year. Changes to other insurance products including Lake Estate®, and Business will be announced over time as they take place.
WHAT THIS MEANS FOR YOU
If you have a Farm Bureau Insurance Homeowners Policy and/or Personal Umbrella Policy, you can expect these changes:
- A new billing account number
- A new policy number
- A new look and feel of declarations pages and billing documents
- An enhanced paperless billing experience
- New payment options, including Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) for all payment plans
- Discontinuation of renewal non-payment lapse notice
Important Payment Information
- If payments are made by your mortgage holder (lien billed) payments will continue
- If payments are made through Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) automatic payments will continue
Action You May Need to Take
- If you pay Homeowners or Personal Umbrella premium through your financial institution’s online bill pay service, you will need to update your Homeowners and/or Personal Umbrella billing account numbers to avoid missed payments.
- Instead of receiving paper bills, you may sign-up for electronic billing notices.
- By signing up for a web account at FarmBureauInsurance.com you can:
- Pay bills online
- Have 24/7 access to policy information
- Sign-up for EFT
- Check out our available discounts
