Farm Bureau offers a wide variety of discounts for a Homeowners Policy. Contact your agent for additional information and to see if your policy qualifies for any of the following discounts.

Protective Devices Discount
A premium discount can be provided when devices designed to reduce exposure to a loss are installed, working, and maintained in the household. Newly added categories for this discount now include Automatic Backup Generator, Sump Pump Battery Backup and Water Leak Detection System.

Mature Insured Discount
If the named insured(s) on a Homeowners policy is/are at least 30 years of age, a discount is available.
If the named insured(s) on a Mobile Homeowners policy is/are at least 50 years of age, a discount is available.

New Home Discount
A discount may be available on a Homeowners policy when the house is 30 years old or newer.
A discount may be available on Mobile Homeowners policy when the mobile/manufactured home is five years old or newer.

Multi-Policy Discount
If you have more than one active policy, you may be eligible for a Multi-Policy Discount. Eligible policies include qualifying Life, Commercial, and Personal Auto.

New Roof Discount
The New Roof Discount may be available for homes that have had the roof replaced within the past 19 years. Mobile Homeowners and Renters policies do not qualify for this discount.

FB Advantage Discount
The FB Advantage Discount is based on an insurance score determined by a consumer-reporting agency from certain financial characteristics.

SmartPay Discount
Pay your premium in full, or use our EFT option, and you can be rewarded with a discount on your policy premium.

Advance Signing Discount
Get rewarded for buying early! Policies that are issued at least three days prior to the effective date qualify for a discount.

Affinity Discount
This discount may be available for an insured who is a member of an alumni, civic, or professional association. Contact your agent to see if your association qualifies.
