Michigan Farm Bureau is a Michigan nonprofit corporation whose purpose is to represent, protect, and enhance the business, economic, social, and educational interests of its members. The products and services provided by Michigan Farm Bureau are available only to Michigan Farm Bureau members. Michigan Farm Bureau is a member of the American Farm Bureau Federation, a national organization of farmers and ranchers including Farm Bureaus in 49 other states and Puerto Rico and is responsible for Farm Bureau membership and programs within the state of Michigan.
The term "Farm Bureau Insurance of Michigan" herein refers to the following Michigan insurance corporations and their affiliates: Farm Bureau Life Insurance Company of Michigan; Farm Bureau Mutual Insurance Company of Michigan; Farm Bureau General Insurance Company of Michigan; and Community Service Acceptance Company, and these insurance companies are sometimes hereinafter referred to as "Farm Bureau Insurance”. The insurance products and services provided by these insurance companies are available only to individuals and entities residing in the state of Michigan. Many of these products and services are available only to Michigan Farm Bureau members.
The term “Affiliated Companies” herein refers to the following subsidiary and affiliated companies of Michigan Farm Bureau: MFB, Inc., Michigan Farm Bureau Financial Corporation, Michigan Agricultural Cooperative Marketing Association, and the Michigan Foundation for Agriculture.
The term “Michigan Farm Bureau Family of Companies” herein refers collectively to Michigan Farm Bureau, Farm Bureau Insurance of Michigan, and their Affiliated Companies, and these companies are sometimes herein referred to collectively as “Family of Companies”, “our”, “we”, or “us”.
FARM BUREAU and FB are registered service marks owned by American Farm Bureau Federation. The American Farm Bureau Federation name and logo, the name FARM BUREAU, the letters FB, and all related product and service names, design marks, and slogans are the trademarks, service marks, or registered trademarks of American Farm Bureau Federation, and may not be used in any commercial manner without the prior written consent of American Farm Bureau Federation.
