    • Roadside assistance or glass – Two days 
    • Minimal Vehicle Damage – Review of estimate and photo only, no personal inspection – Four business days 
    • Extensive Vehicle Damage – Personal inspection of damage by a field auto appraiser – Five business days 
    • Total Loss – Seven business days
